Application Process

We have a straightforward application process, and we have no desire to collect fees from people who we don’t rent to. Therefore, our policy is that we will return the application fee (minus transaction fees if paid for through the credit card portal) to any applicant if we choose another application before conducting the application verification and/or running a background/credit check. Additionally, if your application is accepted, your application fee will be deducted from your first month’s rent.

Application

A typed and emailed application is preferred. Submitting your income verification along with the application will help to speed up the process, but you may opt to wait until your application has been reviewed.

Application Fee Payment

Our application fee is $75. To submit the application fee via credit card, please click this button. You will be directed to Paypal, but you do not need an account or to log in – press Pay with Debit or Credit Card below the login in request.


Please note that paying with a credit card incurs transaction fees, which will not be refunded if your application fee is returned. If you have a Paypal account, you can send money from your bank account, which will not have transaction fees associated with it.

Reservation / Security Deposit

There is a $750 deposit required within 5 business days of application acceptance to hold the property. The $1,800 balance of the full $2,550 security deposit is due 14 days prior to the beginning of the lease.
